"Bergens Tidende" is Norway's fourth largest newspaper and largest regional newspaper with a circulation of about 87,000 copies "(2002 numbers)". Founded in 1868, it is a Norwegian language newspaper published daily in Bergen. It reaches approximately 260,000 readers every day (2005), mainly in the counties of Hordaland and Sogn og Fjordane. The feature magazine "BT-magasinet" is published on Saturdays, while on Sundays, the newspaper contains more feature content than usual.

BTV

In addition to the newspaper, Bergens Tidende AS runs the TV channel BTV, which operates at the same frequency as TVNorge in Hordaland and Sogn og Fjordane.
